  1. Positive reinforcement helps increase the probability of that good behaviour.”

This is the first time, except for Tinka Tinka, that I have seen any initiative, proceeding and constantly evolving day by day.
This truly touches me deep that this award ceremony has not only boosted the confidence of the winners or the enthusiasm of the rest, but especially has not let these particular years (serving as term in jail) subtract from their lives.

  2. There is an article by Vartika Mam about open prisons in Mauritius and what we should learn from it. The story of Manoj Jha is further proof that we need more open prisons in India. There are many jails in India which are overcrowded and the condition of prisoners in these jails are miserable. In many of the prisons the female inmates are forced to stay in a crowded cell, some with their kids and have no access to any outdoor activities. It is a good news that a few measures are taken by the government for their welfare, but we need to do more. #tinkatinka #prisonreforms #humanrights

  3. The concept of open jail in India first began in 1905, what is sad is inspite of such a long history of the structure and judicial orders for its implementation it still hasn't been efficiently implemented in India. #vartikananda #tinkatinka #prison #jail
