Every morning is an opportunity to start anew. How you begin your day greatly affects its outcome. Whether it’s a cup of coffee checking your phone, going to the gym or drinking detox water on an empty stomach, it matters!
When I was a child, each morning brought a special ritual. My father, with a warm smile, would hand me a small booklet containing a couple of newspaper pages. He’d assign me a delightful task, whether it was tackling the intricate Sudoku puzzles or unraveling the riddles within those pages. I cherished those moments, for they were the building blocks of my morning routine. That’s how the newspaper transformed into an indispensable part of my mornings, becoming as essential as the comforting warmth of a cup of milk and the satisfying crunch of two rusks.
Even after TV journalism became more appealing and amusing than daily soaps, newspapers still have an edge over other tools of journalism. Reading newspapers helps you stay informed about important issues, social developments, political changes, scientific advancements, cultural trends, and more. This awareness can enrich your understanding of the world and help you engage in informed conversations.
I find it truly astounding to reflect upon the significance of the newspaper in my life. It has become such an integral part of our daily routine that its importance often goes unnoticed.
