VN ki Paathshala organized an exclusive interview with the gardener of LSR, where he poured out his heart. The activity is part of the practical component of the Reporting for Editing and Print (REP) core paper for Semester 2nd, and was conducted by Mahi Adlakha, Kavya Vashisht and Gahana Thorat under the expert guidance of Dr. Vartika Nanda. The interview was truly a phenomenal and enlightening experience for the students, which also allowed the gardener LSR to put into words his wonderful journey of the past 30 years!

Under VN ki Paathshala, as part of the REP assignment, we had the fortune to interview an unsung hero of our choice. We decided to interview one of our professors, Dr. Sarika Kalra, who is also the A.N.O. at NCC in LSR and a writer.

Under VN ki Pathshala, an interview with Rinku bhaiya was taken. This activity was conducted by Angel, Vishakha and Athira as part of the course Reporting and Editing for Print under the guidance of Dr. Vartika Nanda.Rinku Bhaiya is incharge of of the printing process at LSR. In this interview Rinku Bhaiya shares his experience working in LSR and why working at LSR is rewarding for him. He also shares on how to make printing more eco- friendly and sustainable for the college.

Meet  Guard Aunty, a dedicated college worker who has been serving LSR for the last 5 years. Despite the challenges of extreme weather conditions, she finds joy in seeing the students’ enthusiasm. Aunty believes in the importance of women working and being financially independent. Though she aspires for a secure government job, her current role allows her to contribute to the safety of girls on campus. This interview is about Jaisila Bajaj, an alumna of Lady Shri Ram College for Women who completed her Bachelor’s degree in Journalism honours. Jaisila’s dissertation revolved around educational blogs, and we had the opportunity to discuss various aspects related to them. Our conversation covered topics such as the effectiveness of education blogs, the high number of visitors attracted to teacher blogs, challenges faced by bloggers, and strategies to increase readership. This interview not only provided valuable insights into the world of education blogging but also served as a platform for us to refine our interviewing skills and strengthen our understanding of journalistic ethics. The experience further emphasized the importance of teamwork and collaboration in the field of journalism.
