Television in my life

Television has been an integral part of my life for as long as I can remember. It has not only been a source of entertainment but also a window to the world, with the plethora of knowledge and information it provides.
Nostalgia hits differently when I recall my childhood memories with that chatterbox. It introduced me to a diverse range of animated shows and cartoons. As a child, I would eagerly anticipate watching my favourite cartoons and shows like Tom and Jerry, Thomas and friends,Noddy . Sunday mornings would be incomplete without Dora and Mickey. Cartoons were not just a source of entertainment but also a source of bonding. My sibling and I would sit together on the couch, sharing laughs and jokes while watching our favourite shows. Cartoons were not just a source of entertainment but also a source of bonding. And also how can I forget those tom and jerry fights for the TV remote .
As I grew my television choices evolved along with my changing interests just like the bulky CRT sets of that time changed to the sleek, high-definition LED screens of today. I would watch some movies, action shows like Power Rangers and Japanese reality shows like Takeshi’s castle. I just loved the funny Commentary of Javed Jeffery. The whole family would sit together and enjoy watching the television premieres of latest movies. Sometime later I started watching news shows to keep myself updated.
Television has evolved a lot it has improved not only in the terms of picture and audio quality but also technology and how we consume the content. The real game changer in the world of television came with the rise of OTT platforms like Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. These platform has allowed us to stream content on demand. Suddenly, I have the access to whole season or series at once.
Television has played a huge role in my life it has been a companion throughout. It has not only been a source of entertainment but has also played a significant role in shaping my mind and influencing my perspectives .
