Media trails refer to when media personnel portray the accused as the criminal before proven guilty by law. A very famous example of media trial in India is the murder case of arushi talwar.
In the interview of Nupur Talwar jn Dasna jail, we see Dr. Vartika Nanda asking very subtle questions to Mrs. Talwar.
These questions are meant to inform public of how the mother’s days in the jail and how the parents are living life without their daughter. The sentiments and emotions involved of the people around the addressed rightly, so this can not be called a media trial in my opinion
