The special charm of the radios is the presence of a presenter on the radio, which adds a personal touch that is difficult to achieve in as broad a sense as the internet. Also, radio is an effective communication tool since it is portable being used in vehicles, bathrooms, and even the office which means people will listen to it regardless of their level of technology.
One of the primary uses of radio is that in a crisis, it can provide an inexpensive, simple, and effective means of communicating important and relevant information even when other systems are inoperative. Therefore, as technology progresses, so does the way to provide information and entertainment and the way people stay connected making it clear that radio will never be replaced, despite of modernity.
