Tinka Tinka Tihar was the first initiative by Tinka Tinka Movement for reformation of jails and the jailed. It was a success and was also part of the Limca Book of Records. It definitely must have been a proud moment for the inmates who got the chance to perform in the song, when they realized that their song CD was released by the then Lok Sabha Speaker Smt.
