THE MAGIC OF LSR
I still remember that vivid moment when I got in “The Lady Shri Ram College” it was strange somehow because I’ve always heard about it and how prestigious it is to get in. Fast forward to 16th august, it was a riveting day. Felt a new kid all over again even though for the most of my life I’ve been the new kid in the school, in the society but college was different. I saw everyone rushing to auditorium but at the same time people were nervous that how this building is going to be their second home for next 4 years of their lives. I met some fascinating girls on the very first day and I realized that every girl on this campus is as ambitious as me and they spoke about independence though their sparkling eyes. The first day was overwhelming and it made me call my school friends that night to rant about how unsettling college is. Meeting the journalism department made me realize what LSR is all about, A college filled with ambitious girls who wants to make something out of their lives without getting judged on what one wears or comes from. As one of our seniors quoted LSR’s air has this magic that will make you value Female friendships throughout your life. Even though College has just started, I want to feel this magic of LSR for the next 4 years of my life and grow for the upcoming opportunites.
