Through various online platforms such as blogs, podcasts, social media apps, journalists can access a wider audience that can in turn engange withe the content.
Furthermore, the internet is a storehouse of information thus enabling journalists to access records and data that help in qualitative reporting and the verification of facts. Without the internet, the media industry would not be able to function effectively, and with the same enthusiasm as it does now.
