Libraries serve as a compendium of information and are a sanctuary for those who wish to delve in it’s wealth of knowledge. For journalists, libraries hold a certain significance as the vast amount of resouces available help journalists to expand or build their research, verify facts, and gather credible sources. Journalists can also access historical data and accounts from archives of old newspapers.
It is in these silent halls that the loudest opinions and perceptions are formed. With the expanding online realm and the availability of e-libraries, one can access these resources at the comfort of their own home. Thus, libraries will never cease to be vital to both professional and aspiring journalists.
