Doordarshan usually abbreviated as DD, is a public service broadcaster which everyone is familiar with. Every family owns a story of how DD channel gave a whole exposure to them since the very beginning of it. Well if we discuss about genz experience with DD , we hardly come across anyone who have a whole experience of what is DD and how it works now or even in the old days . Wherease moving into the part where our parents had a whole childhood recollection of DD probably would give us chills , a true vintage vibe which this aesthetic generation of our craves for. DD channel used to air series like Ramayana , Mahabharata, shaktiman couple of movies, news and the list goes on. Everyone used to get overwhelmed and cluster around to have a screening look of the programs. Since it was very rare to even afford a television back then , they had to gaze at the tv screen simultaneously at one place and appreciate. It was a time , an opportunity to have a valuable and memorable time together. DD was more like an emotion back then rather than a tv channel. A channel which helped in maintaining unity throughout all these years . A channel which truly is dedicated to dissemination of information and facts rather than diverting the audience in an unfavorable manner. In a nutshell DD never lost it’s charm or nor it will.
