I have never watched doordharshan myself,but my parents absolutely love doordarshan.My mother especially used to tell me about this show that was very close to her heart also known as buniyaad.My dad really liked the show abhimaan.My mom had also told me about the song of doordarshan which was apparently made by a jew but it sounded like saare Jahan se achha.
