On Monday, 30th sept, 2024, we analysed different newspapers of both hindi and english and learned that,

Newspaper A- this one had 16 pages and 21 ads in total with 3 govt advertisements and 18 commercial advertisements.
This newspaper had several examples of attribution clearly stating the sources and also had vague examples of attribution where factual information wasn’t used as source, rather word of mouth.
This newspaper also contained political/hard news with the format of 5w and 1h. For example the air strikes on Hazbollah leaders, how they were carried out?, why?, when?, by whom?, on who? by what? and where?

News paper B : this had 21 advertisements with 6 govt campaigns and 15 commercials.
This newspaper also had examples of attribution like, when a DGP said that xyz crime was committed, who did it? why he did it? how? when? where? and what crime was committed, this is also an example of 5w and 1h.

Newspaper C: this newspaper was comparatively a lesser popular newspaper and hence had less advertisements with 16 pages and 11 advertisements with 2 government schemes so totally it had 13 advertisements.

In this newspaper I found more examples of attribution with proper sources eg, when a group of minority were on strike and their cause of strike was misunderstood by popular newspapers, and how it was quoted by their leader.
