Newspapers are a messenger of morning in my life. They convey that it’s time to start a fresh day. Whether it’s my father reading it with his morning tea or my mother browsing through it after the day has begun, there’s something exciting about the feel of newspapers and the stories they bring along. That’s how it’s always been until very recently when news apps began taking over the need to have a copy of the newspaper physically delivered to your house. It’s a strange phenomenon where alot of the urban youth doesn’t feel the need to know the news and others changing ways in which they consume it. Certainly times have changed and there’s a question looming; will we have newspapers in the coming time?
