Its so surreal to even think that the place where I once dreamt of coming to is now a reality and has already been a month of becoming a part of the LSR family. The idea that I had about this college at the time of joining this college was so shallow as compared to what I feel today and I am quite sure that my opinions will keep on changing as my days would pass by in this place, which is proudly my second abode now.
The professors are so friendly and helpful but also strict when it comes to the cirriculum. They would always return a smile and the most cheerful people you would find. The campus is still a maze for me. Everyday, I seem to confuse myself with so many identical buildings and lawns and eventually end up discovering a new spot in the college!
The creatures in the campus! How I adore the squirrels, birds, dogs and all the other creatures present in the campus who are simply not afraid of the humans around them. They would continue to move around us without any fear that you usually witness and I think this is what people mean when they say “LSR is a very warm and welcoming place for everyone.” Yes, everyone!
And yes, the academic stress has started taking over. With so many assignments and projects being assigned, and the classes being run in full stretch, it has started becoming a little hectic for me. Hopefully, its all going to be worth it at the end!
Every day at LSR is a new day where I get to interact with some amazing women from different walks of life and get to learn something new, not just inside the classroom but outside too. Really looking forward to make the most out of my stay here!
