If there is one word that perfectly sums up my first month in LSR, it would be ‘overwhelming’. The simple reason behind this, is the fact that since I’ve set foot inside this college, I have received overwhelming love, overwhelming support, overwhelming guidance and not to mention overwhelming work. The last one doesn’t faze me simply because of the three things that precede it. LSR is quite literally a perfect symbiosis of diverse energies. You get the best of everything here. The first month of college has been riddled with ambiguity and tons of questions still inundate me. However, within this bewildering maze of orientations, society forms and classwork, it feels like I’ve discovered a fraction of the magic that engulfs the students of this college. In just one month, this college has become an integral part of who I am. I have grown extremely fond of the cafe. I no longer have to roam around asking my seniors to find my classrooms for me. The college that felt like a giant labyrinth when I entered it, doesn’t seem as complex anymore, all thanks to my wonderful seniors, kind professors and amazing batchmates. The college feels familiar, warm and intimate. I look forward to discovering more about LSR and through it, myself.
