The media means the way through which the source(editor, anchor) gets connected to the audience or consumer. Many people write our host a show about happening in world on daily basis, they are called journalist.
A journalist can reach the consumer through various media line newspaper radio television magazine etc.
Newspaper, magazine, periodicals are the examples of print media. News dissimilated in texts. It is beneficial to those only who knows to read where as information through television is for both who can read or not.
Print media players important role in independence movements of India. It was the of telling about the rallies, movement, strikes, directions as per directed by our leaders. It revealed the the truth of British laws, atrocities etc. It was used as powerful weapon because it raised the feeling of nationalism among commoners. And crown passed a series of laws to limit the freedom of speech our people.
It’s also relevant in this digital era also where most things are just available on our mobile phone.

•NEWS OF DIFFERENT AREAS-newspaper and other printing media’s convers the news from different areas,for example-business, health, political, economical, sport related, art, games etc at one place.
•SOURCE OF KNOWLEDGE-BOOKS, NEWSPAPER, MAGAZINES, PERIODICALS CAN give knowledge about everything. It helps to stay updated about new discoveries and inventions in different parts of the world.
•Easy availablity of newspaper and books-There are several places where internet has not reached yet, it could because of hard terrain or harsh climatic condition, somes village. There people totally depends on local newspapers and books to stay updated with world and to gain knowledge.
•Libraries-it is the place where books, magazine of different subject are kept. Here people goes and study peacefully. It also suits those cannot afford costly books or any reading staff.
•Advertisement-print media is widely used for advertising different product, governmental schemes through poster, hoardings, in order to make people aware of their product.
