This was an enlightening exercise which gave me a very pragmatic understanding of the anatomy of a newspaper. It was refreshing to see actual examples of the numerous theory topics that we’ve studied in the past few months. I got to know about certain parts of a newspaper that are not very commonly known, such as the mast head and the folio. Overall, it was an extremely educational, engaging and informative activity. I look forward to participating in many more classes of this nature.
